Larry is an educator, marketer and strategist and works with a high level of integrity. He listened to our wants yet also advised us. There were so many times I was tempted to change something about the process or the price and in the end Larry was right. We trusted him and were able to get top dollar for our home which was significantly over asking price! His response time was very quick and he never made us feel like a bother (although we called probably way too many times!) For anyone who is not sure a realtor is worth their commission, I would recommend you at least call Larry. He won't pressure you into a contract and will work with you.
