David has been great to work with. He's on top of things and helped us navigate through the entire process. David listened and knew what we were looking for. He was great about filtering out some of the houses that we were interested in looking at but he knew more information about the area that didn't meet our needs. Being new to the area, David also provided information regarding local agencies for electric, internet, sewer etc hookups that we would have had to research and figure out.
