We had a long conversation and I felt she was sincerely interested in helping me sell my house and find a condo to live in. I felt very comfortable with her right away. I did not need to look further. Ann always responded to every text and phone call immediately. She made a potentially very stressful situation go seamlessly. I never felt like I was a bother no matter how many questions I asked and she was genuinely interested in answering all of my family's questions as well. She is such a kind and patient person. I felt a bond with her from day one. Ann took care of every detail seamlessly. I felt no stress or pressure throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of every possible situation that arose was such a relief to me and my family. I honestly did not know what to expect when I started this process, and had only bought one home 19 years ago. This time was so much better because I was informed at every turn, and information came in the form of a kind, extremely knowledgeable person who never made me feel that any question or concern was too small or unimportant. I always felt like I was in good hands with Ann. Ann DiMascio is definitely and asset to your team and it was such a pleasure going through this process with her!!

My wife was completely right, Katherine is the phenomenal! Although she had worked with Katherine before when buying her first property. As me, a first-time home buyer and us as newlyweds, we were out of our league in this crazy housing market. Katherine took the time to walk us through the process, connect us with her team, and begin to map out what we’re looking for in a home. Although we changed ideas many times, along with locations, price point, size, and about a thousand other things, Katherine was right there with us. She discussed pros and cons of places and was always spot on when she thought places were more, or less, of our liking, giving us even more confidence when walking in the door for an open house. Katherine went all over Eastern MA with us until we found our home. When it came time to make an offer, she was right there with us, along with her team of, well nothing short of rockstars. We convened, put an offer in, and we got our home having been the only home we ever put a bid in on. Now I know not everyone is as lucky to get the first home the put an offer in on, but with Katherine we were able to put in an exceptionally strong offer with all our asks, making us comfortable in such an uneasy market. The entire process was as stress free as it can be, and while we hope to be in this home forever, anytime we think about making a change, Katherine will be our first call, and she should be yours too.
