This is the 4th time we have used Todd. We have sold 2 houses through Todd and he has handled renting 2 of our investment units. He sold a historic house of ours that was also a multi-family for us a few years ago. This was a difficult property because of several issues. Todd made it look easy, he hit's issues head on, and gets "it done"! His knowledge of both the rental and sales market show's with each situation he takes on. He has plenty of contractors to fix any issues that need to be addressed and they are prompt as well as reasonable price wise. He doesn't get rattled and helped to keep us calm through any potential bumps in the road as you go through the sale of your home. We have recommended Todd to others close to us as well.
