Lily was nothing but exceptional in her knowledge and professionalism regarding helping me purchase my home. Her attention to detail was outstanding. Lily communications to me, both verbal and written, were clear and concise. Her demeanor when things got complicated was calm, balanced and she managed to instill confidence in me, when I didn't have the ability to see that things would work out. Finally, and this was extremely important to me personally, Lily followed up consistently. I never felt I was neglected and I always knew the next steps. Buying a home can be stressful at times. I always felt Lily was always there helping me obtain my goal of home ownership.
I only gave Robin 5 stars because there are no opportunities to give her 10. The selling of my property was complex with multiple owners, complex family dynamics, and a tremendous amount of well-loved belongings and decor that had to be transplanted. Additionally, Robin was able to guide us right through what had to be repaired and updated, while being sensitive to expense. She has the unusual ability to be very punctual, multi task without compromising the quality of her work, and succinctly explain each segment of the selling process. Not only would I highly recommend her, but I would absolutely choose her every time for any real estate transaction I need managed with tremendous expertise and diplomacy! Koodos!
We met John after arranging a local tour through Zillow. He immediately impressed us with his expansive knowledge about home ownership, both in the legal/purchasing domain and the home ownership/improvement domain. He gave us a no-bullcrap tour, was forthright and honest about the limitations and drawbacks of the property, and his honest opinion on what a good offer would look like. This stood in stark contrast from the other Agents we had been working with, who were mostly interested in getting us into any condo or house, no matter the quality or location. Over the next several months of tours, John was responsive, available, and deeply helpful through every stage of touring, evaluating, and putting an offer in of the many homes and condos we looked at. The search was long and frustrating, but John made it much easier. His experience helped us get tours in the area multiple times, he frequently had the local knowledge to tell us about pros and cons of each property even outside of the structure itself, and his focus was always on making sure the house was a good fit for us, frequently encouraging us to wait for a better option instead of cashing in his payment. The house we ended up getting wouldn't have been possible if John wasn't available for a same-day tour, where he negotiated our offer with the listing agent quickly enough to skip their open house, saving us a potential lengthy bid war. Even after the offer was accepted, John was available to talk and made it clear that he was a resource for us to go to for anything we needed. He's come through on that front, connecting us with great contractors and even offering up some plants to spruce up the garden. John was a class act throughout, was always fun and friendly, and (as I've highlighted) was an extremely trustworthy person in a field which feels like it's trying to take advantage of you. I don't think I could imagine a better agent than him, or a happier ending to our home search.

We feel lucky they were ultra responsive so we wouldn't miss out on our dream home!
