My wife was completely right, Katherine is the phenomenal! Although she had worked with Katherine before when buying her first property. As me, a first-time home buyer and us as newlyweds, we were out of our league in this crazy housing market. Katherine took the time to walk us through the process, connect us with her team, and begin to map out what we’re looking for in a home. Although we changed ideas many times, along with locations, price point, size, and about a thousand other things, Katherine was right there with us. She discussed pros and cons of places and was always spot on when she thought places were more, or less, of our liking, giving us even more confidence when walking in the door for an open house. Katherine went all over Eastern MA with us until we found our home. When it came time to make an offer, she was right there with us, along with her team of, well nothing short of rockstars. We convened, put an offer in, and we got our home having been the only home we ever put a bid in on. Now I know not everyone is as lucky to get the first home the put an offer in on, but with Katherine we were able to put in an exceptionally strong offer with all our asks, making us comfortable in such an uneasy market. The entire process was as stress free as it can be, and while we hope to be in this home forever, anytime we think about making a change, Katherine will be our first call, and she should be yours too.

After buying a condo several years ago with Katherine as my realtor, there was no question that I’d use her again when I recently decided to sell it. Katherine is fantastic! Katherine is very knowledgeable about the selling process. She has a great team and lots of connections with vendors. She and her transaction manager was great at keeping me on track with reminders about all the little steps in the process. They calmly handled some hiccups with timing delays on my end (and reassured me that things were ok) and was very responsive to my questions. Katherine is also fantastic as a sellers agent because she coordinated/scheduled the cleaner, the company that did some upgrades etc - I didn’t have to think about any of it! She did all the staging herself as well, which she received many compliments. Finally when it came time to reviewing offers— she had great suggestions for comparing the many offers I received. She definitely helped me to get the best offer (through every step of the process) I highly recommend Katherine if you are looking to sell your home (or buy for that matter!)

Katherine was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to the Greater Boston housing market. Being new in this particular market, I was unsure about how much I could stretch my offer.
