Peter and Kathleen are an exceptional team who are delightful and fun to work with. They consistently went over and above what we expected from a realtor. They educated us about the market and were incredibly supportive when the house didn’t sell as quickly as we had hoped. From the start, they told us straight out what work we needed to consider to make the house more marketable. Our home is almost 100 years old, so the list could have been endless. However, they focused on what clearly would make a difference and were always open to a discussion of our thoughts and opinions. They did far more than make suggestions. For instance, when a tree limb came down the day before an open house, Peter came over with a saw and disposed of it. When we needed help with an old and very full garage, Peter spent time and energy making it functional. Kathleen spent an afternoon staging the house. Another day, she went with one of us to pick out paint for the walls. It was so reassuring to know that they would always be there to help us through this process of selling our home. While their expertise certainly got the house to sell, it was their honesty and caring that came through in all of our interactions with them. It is more than what the best language would be able to describe. - Always responsive. 6am or 11pm, Email, SMS or phone, Basema is always there, when I have questions. - Always on time. Open house, inspection, check-ins, closing... - Always solves puzzles for me, with her outstanding knowledge and professionalism. - Honest and kind. There is no doubt that Basema puts customers' experience on top. - During the course of the property purchasement, Basema not only did her excellent job as an agent, but also earned my trust, friendship and whole-hearted respect.
