We just had the absolute pleasure of working with Rosalee to sell our house in Danvers. From our first meeting, we knew Rosalee was the right fit for us. We had chosen her based on her stellar reviews online as well as how beautifully she presents the homes in her listings. She helped us come up with a timeline to sell our house that worked for us as well as gave us great guidance on what to do to get our home ready for listing. We knew that when we got our part done, we could hand the reigns over to Rosalee with no worries. The photos and videos she and her team produced showcased our home beautifully and are what brought over 100 people to our open houses on the first weekend. This led to many over-asking offers and then it was smooth sailing through closing. Rosalee and her wonderful office manager Briana were great at helping us navigate the various things that needed to get done before closing. We recently hired Rosalee to help us sell our condo and would not hesitate to use her again.
