Lisa pays attention to even the smallest of details. She has her own items to help stage a home. She also adds placards to highlight custom items or features in a home that would otherwise be overlooked during a walk through. This is especially important when a home has special features that isn’t always appreciated at first glance. People walking through a home have so much to look at these details can get missed. ( i.e... dovetailed drawers in a custom built kitchen or dimable LED lighting...... features that adds value). Overall Lisa cares about her clients and follows up with constant communication and truly works for you. She sold my home in a few hours.
