Once we finally found the home we wanted, the seller turned out to be a major hassle. Without Chris, I would have lost my mind. Between bickering over the addendum and a seller who wouldn’t turn over the keys—almost ending in an eviction suit—Chris was always there. He answered every question, even later in the evening. Not to mention, he continued working after our closing when the seller trespassed on our property! He truly went above and beyond for us, and we were blessed to have him by our side.
