I have been in the construction and development business for 25 years. Sue is very thorough, has great communication skills, and knows the real estate market in and out. Working with her as a builder when I follow here lead on what to build, where to build it, and price point things work out very well. It also helps that Sue is genuinely a good person.

From day one, Renee Praay listened and showed interest in what we had to say and answered all of our questions. She came prepared with house comps, suggestions and never made us feel rushed. Renee also made herself available to meet at our home with technicians at varying times since we lived out of state. She was prepared to answer any question a potential buyer may have regarding our home. Renee also worked with the title company to resolve locating some missing paperwork. Once the house was put on the market we had immediate inquires and accepted an offer above selling price in two days. She also is involved in a facebook realtor group to keep up to date with what is occuring throughout the Western Michigan area and shares information as well. I was so impressed on all that Renee did for us and how she was in communication with us frequently. It was not easy at the end with a few bumps in the road but she stuck right with us. She is very professional and sincere. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and am glad now to call her a friend.

Monica was great at scheduling showings for us to look at homes and providing us with any information we wanted or needed. She was helpful in understanding the process with buying/selling a home. She worked hard at doing what she could make our sale and purchase go through due to some unforeseen hiccups.
