We looked at a lot of fixer-uppers, and he consistently offered his opinion based on past experience, always looking out for our best interests. Once we finally found the home we wanted, the seller turned out to be a major hassle. Without Chris, I would have lost my mind. Between bickering over the addendum and a seller who wouldn’t turn over the keys—almost ending in an eviction suit—Chris was always there. He answered every question, even later in the evening. Not to mention, he continued working after our closing when the seller trespassed on our property! He truly went above and beyond for us, and we were blessed to have him by our side.
If you are looking for an excellent realtor call Kelly Roe. If there was an award for Best Realtor Kelly should win it hands down. She has been our realtor as buyers and sellers. She helped us find the great condo we live in now in the perfect location. She has recently helped us sell our condo in a resort community and she got us asking price. We couldn’t be more pleased. Our niece is going to call Kelly soon because they need a bigger house. You should call Kelly now, rather than later, because she is very busy. Word is out about how great Kelly is at her job.
