Renee also made herself available to meet at our home with technicians at varying times since we lived out of state. She was prepared to answer any question a potential buyer may have regarding our home. Renee also worked with the title company to resolve locating some missing paperwork. Once the house was put on the market we had immediate inquires and accepted an offer above selling price in two days.
