My husband and I worked with Leslie to purchase our first home. When we reached out to her, we were planning on purchasing by the lakeshore of Michigan but quickly expanded our search to Grand Rapids as well. Although the city wasn't in Leslie's usual "territory", she learned everything she needed about the market in the city, as well as what areas were good to look in.
