Very easy to talk to and discuss options. Excellent negotiation skills and very professional.

Carrie was everything you would look for in a realtor. She was knowledgeable about the area, timely in her responses, and great at working with both buyers and sellers. There was never a moment where it didn't feel like Carrie had a good answer for whatever came up. We were very appreciative to have her in our corner throughout our experience. She knew West Michigan so well and we would highly recommend her!

Carrie was so supportive in helping us find our first home. It was a long process, and we toured a lot of homes, but she was patient. Her communication was top tier — whenever we had a question or wanted to set up a tour, she responded and acted quickly. She was also really knowledgeable about the market and had great negotiation skills. We would highly recommend Carrie!
