Leslie Baker

My husband and I worked with Leslie to purchase our first home. When we reached out to her, we were planning on purchasing by the lakeshore of Michigan but quickly expanded our search to Grand Rapids as well. Although the city wasn't in Leslie's usual "territory", she learned everything she needed about the market in the city, as well as what areas were good to look in. She gave us great advice on the kind of home to purchase, as well as what to negotiate into our purchase agreement following our inspection. At this time we went on vacation, out of the country, and she reassured us while we were gone that everything was still moving along and she kept us up to date on everything. Even after we purchased the home, she got the seller to pay for half of a plumbing issue we encountered. Not to mention, she is the sweetest and kindest person to work with.
