Pamela Foster was great to work with. We had a very challenging transaction as the seller( our aunt) was moved into assisted living after 53 years in her home and then passed away the day before her home was to be put on the market. Our aunt’s passing activated her trust with a new trustee and delayed the listing more than two months. Pamela went above and beyond working with the trust that moved very slowly. Pamela kept everything on a positive note during very difficult and emotional times. Her professionalism is outstanding and her knowledge of the market spot on. Communication is extraordinary with her and we never had to wait for an update or wonder how things were going. We would not hesitate to hire Pamela in the future.
