Between driving all over Charlotte (and beyond), rearranging his own personal schedule to fit in showings for us, offering honest and knowledgeable feedback and recommendations about the houses we saw, and always being available to answer questions even in the evenings and weekends, I can't say enough about how helpful Ian was for us as first-time homebuyers. Working with Carmen was a wonderful experience! She is so knowledgable and showed us a great selection of condos until we found the perfect one in the ideal location at the right price. She is organized, thorough, punctual and professional. She made our home buying easy and stress free. We loved working with Carmen and highly recommend her.
