Carmen was recommended to me by another buyers agent I was using due to the fact that the house I wanted to buy was being sold by that realtor. He referred me to Carmen, who did an amazing job. Carmen helped me put a bid on the house and in a matter of a day the offer was accepted. When I had questions throughout the process, she was always there and always responded in a timely manner. She even went out to the house once to check something when I had questions about some measurements. Throughout the process between putting down the offer and closing, she made sure everything was handled smoothly. Ever action that needed to be done was completed in a timely manner (unlike my review!) and closing went off without a hitch, on time. I would definitely recommend Carmen when buying a house!
