Always There to Help!
Between driving all over Charlotte (and beyond), rearranging his own personal schedule to fit in showings for us, offering honest and knowledgeable feedback and recommendations about the houses we saw, and always being available to answer questions even in the evenings and weekends, I can't say enough about how helpful Ian was for us as first-time homebuyers. Throughout the many ups and downs of the process, we knew he always had our best interests in mind and was willing to do everything he could for us.
