He was also very helpful in explaining how the home purchase process works in this area which was quite different from how it worked with my last home purchase in MN. I particularly appreciated his insights when it came time to make the offer (we made three total - and the third one was the charm)! Once the offer was accepted Scott continued to have great information on home inspection, real estate attorney, etc. I was very grateful and appreciative for all the help.
