Roland Gelinas is not your typical agent/broker. After the sale of the house he went above and beyond what one would expect. From suggesting contractors to being there when I needed it most. I live in Gloucester, MA and the house I bought is in Springfield, MA a distance of about 200 miles. When I had an appointment with a house cleaner, he was there. Aside from what he's done for me, Roland is a genuinely nice person. I can't begin to say how much he's help been to me. Corey is a tremendous person to work with. We saw many properties over a span of one month. Some properties were nice and other were not so nice and some were just ridiculously priced. Corey always gave his honest opinion about every property. When working with Corey compared to other agent, we did not feel rushed at all. He gave us enough time and space to figure out if a certain property fits our needs when it comes to functionally, looks and the budget.He has a great personality.
