My experience with selling my home with Keith Kuzman was a wonderful one. Keith is very easy to deal with and straight forward. He is a great listener and I always felt that I was respected as well as my home. He is professional, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Betsy Herald for my condo purchase and I cannot stop emphasizing how glad I am to have found her. She will make you feel like you are her only client. She will help you find a place that suits your needs, give any other real estate advice along the way, connect her to others within her network (who are all amazing btw, be it lawyers, inspectors etc.) - she goes above and beyond her "realtor" responsibilities to do everything she can to make your condo purchase go smoothly (e.g. I remember her reminding me to check in on my interest rate locks. I don't know how she remembered but she kept me on top of my key tasks along the way!)

Bernie Aaron made selling our condo really easy. He was in constant communication with us from preparing to list to closing. He was especially good at making sure we got everything that needed to be done, for example he organized the fire safety inspection so that I didn't have to worry about it. He was also a great liaison between us and the attorney by keeping track of all the documents and processes that were needed for the sale, which was great to have when selling because you already have enough to do. I would highly recommend Bernie, especially if you want someone who will go above and beyond for you and your family.

We are so impressed with Ariel Szabo and would work with her again in a heartbeat. She stayed 5 steps ahead of us at all times, anticipating our questions in managing the sale of our condo and the purchase of our house. She was so knowledgeable about every aspect of selling our condo that she knew a great deal more about regulations and requirements that we did! We are definitely not neophytes about purchasing a home; this was our sixth, but when we were negotiating the purchase of our home we learned to turn to her for her advice instead of puzzling out a strategy on our own. Her intuition was spot on and we have to thank her for helping us to make a better deal than we imagined possible. Her knowledge, preparedness and professionalism are extraordinary.

This is my second purchase with Susan and I'm still extremely happy with her. This purchase is a bit different as I am living out of state. Susan knows the particulars I was looking for and goes above and beyond for finding me the right place, without my physical presence. She is very responsive (replies her emails within minutes), responsible, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She gives useful advice on every single aspect of the purchase, yet respecting my final decision. I would recommend Susan to anyone looking at buying or selling a property.
