Michael listened intently as I provided all of our must haves for the home we were searching for. He performed an incredibly thorough walk through and sent us videos covering all aspects of the home. He gave expert guidance on our offer, making suggestions on items to tweak so that we had our best foot forward. We credit Michael's expertise on having our offer accepted in a multiple offer scenario. As this was an out of state move, there were many moving parts and things to consider. He was a wealth of knowledge about the area, the market, and the process, which saved us time and expense. He also answered all of our non-purchase related questions about New England houses (we had no prior experience with wells, septic systems, etc) and had recommendations for reputable lawyers and inspectors. As we were out of state for our closing, he completed the final walk though in our stead and everything was perfect when we arrived. I do not foresee us moving in the near future (or ever), but if we do, we will definitely ask Michael to represent us again. He was absolutely wonderful!
