I cant say enough about how professional Hayley Nickerson carried herself during the listing and sale of my house. I am a Real Estate Developer so I have worked with many real estate brokers and sales people. Hayley has impressed me with her knowledge of current laws and regulations and now there are more than ever. Private wells, fuel tank regs, water treatment systems, lead paint laws, Title V septic systems, wetland issues and regs (my house is on a wetland, smoke detector inspections, the list goes on.
