I could never explain how excellent, timely, caring, knowledgeable and experienced this team is. Nothing I tossed their way was a problem - the skunk that moved in. Smoke detectors even advising me on my new home’s septic tank financing circus. Phenomenal team well rounded - absolutely nothing is a problem with their experience . Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

As first time homebuyers Susan was incredibly helpful. My fiance and I had a million questions about the entire process and what things are needed to concerned about in the homes we were looking at. Any time we needed something throughout the process (Home inspectors, masons, attorneys) she was always ready to give a recommendation if we asked. She truly went above and beyond what we were expecting.
