Craig helped us with the purchase of our primary home 12 years ago, and it was a great experience. He helped us to convince the developer to reduce the bidding price by $20,000 after the appraisal to facilitate the closing and fought for us to keep all the fixtures in the unit. We have been living happily in this place ever since.Naturally, when it came the time for us to venture into the investment home market last year, we turned to Craig once again.
