Craig helped us with the purchase of our primary home 12 years ago, and it was a great experience. He helped us to convince the developer to reduce the bidding price by $20,000 after the appraisal to facilitate the closing and fought for us to keep all the fixtures in the unit. Craig recently helped us purchase our Boston apartment. We started looking toward the end of 2020 and due to lack of inventory in the market, we decided to look at multi-family homes in the surrounding areas.
