Carl helped us get an awesome home in the midst of COVID! Carl helped my husband and I put it an offer in on the same day that we let him know we wanted to. We got the offer accepted the next day! Carl facilitated picking up documents and checks and worked with the sellers realtor behind the scenes to work everything out smoothly. We closed on time with Carl present and the whole process was painless. Carl was communicative and honest, and we genuinely thank him.

Dave met with us many times as the market evolved during the pandemic to review comps and to work with us to create a strategy for marketing our property. He listened and responded to our thoughts and concerns and provided effective advice and guidance for managing the preparation of the property for sale as well as managing the sale and closing process. As first time homebuyers Susan was incredibly helpful. My fiance and I had a million questions about the entire process and what things are needed to concerned about in the homes we were looking at.
