It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. Dawn not only gave us that guidance but embraced us and poured all of her knowledge and expertise to help us find us the right house. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. Brian was phenomenal! He made us feel like we were his top priority and was always available to tour properties and discuss local listings. Brian was very busy over the duration of the time he worked with us but he always made us feel like we were his most important clients. I really appreciate his level of detail and his local knowledge. He was great at getting ahold of of other agents, negotiating offers and educating us about the process along the way.
