Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic. But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Ed payed attention to details that I did not think of and went above and beyond (going out of his way) to help get things done that were needed. Also had a good rolodex of professionals to help us where needed (lawyer, cleaning, yard work).

We ended up finding a beautiful townhome. She helped my son who was a first time home buyer. She had so much patience as he trying to navigate what he should look at. He ended up purchasing a condo in June and is thrilled to be a home owner. I can't thank her enough for guiding my husband and I though the process as well as my son!
