We were first time home buyers and Gloria made the process so easy. She is extremely responsive, patient and great through every step of the process, ultimately helping us find / purchase our dream home. Both my husband and I work full time and Gloria took away all the stress of buying a new home. We explored various options, including connecting us to local builders, in addition to showing us open houses (some we would have never had access to without her connections). She also guided us through the bidding / closing process to make sure everything was smooth and easy. Our purchase also involved a use and occupancy period post close, which Gloria has stayed with us and has continued to be a great advocate on our behalf.
