This is my second time working with Jerome and it keeps getting better. I own multiple properties working with Jerome and he is my go-to person! I plan on expanding my portfolio of homes and I will only work with Jerome! It's been a pleasure every time and looking forward to #3!!

In selling our house Kathy Butters displayed warmth, support, tenacity and great ability. Ours is a beautiful late-19th century home, modernized with central heating and air-conditioning, an addition, new bathrooms, kitchen and a two-car garage. The house would not suit many but Kathy was always optimistic that the "right person" would show up and fall in love with it. And so it happened. Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. She truly has a talent for getting to know her client. Most of all, Emma is a kind, smart, lovely person. The kind of person that you would want to share your dreams of your future home. We honestly looked forward to spending our weekends with her, despite the stress of evaluating houses. Our kids absolutely love her (she even bought each child a special toy on our closing day). She is honest, she is thoughtful and she can also be a fierce negotiator and savvy strategist when it comes time to fighting for a price and conditions. She successfully negotiated our house $30,000 less then asking price in an aggressive sellers market (most other homes were going way above asking). Emma was truly one of the greatest parts of this stressful experience and we feel honored to have worked with her.

Judley was great! He was very informative on the many different areas involved in the sale of my home. He responded very quickly to all of my inquiries. I was very grateful and impressed. You won’t go wrong with him. He almost made the whole process enjoyable.
