He prioritizes his clients and their needs, while constantly advocating for clients when working with other realtors, contractors, banks, towns- the list goes on. Whether it was something that came up in an inspection, or just 'not the right' house, Nick worked hard for us and truly cared about what was best for us. His priority was never about deals or putting in offers, especially if he sensed it was not right for us. He is very patient, easy to communicate with & reach, and consistent in his work. He is an expert in the North Shore, Boston and the general greater Boston area; which we really appreciated in our long lasting search to the perfect home that we eventually purchased.

I had a very high stress home sale and Amanda helped me navigate every aspect of the sale. She provided me with incredibly helpful insight, latest market information, potential sale costs and other information along the way. I also ran into contractor issues that unnecessarily delayed our listing. She advocated my needs to the contractor, set clear expectations and boundaries when the contractor was confrontational and inappropriate (yea, it was that bad). She was also super responsive to my emails/texts, no matter how silly my questions felt to me. She went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor and was a crucial player in the sale of my home. Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic. But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Ed payed attention to details that I did not think of and went above and beyond (going out of his way) to help get things done that were needed. Also had a good rolodex of professionals to help us where needed (lawyer, cleaning, yard work).

Betsy was with me from start to finish, and gave great counsel even before I asked her represent me. She was always ready to pitch in, and willing always to go beyond the extra mile. Great enthusiasm, no self-serving pitch, a very forthright and honest, caring person. Many suggestions she made in preparing the house for sale surprised me, but they turned out to be spot-on...proactive improvements that might turn a new homeowner away.
