I’m so happy we got to work with Wayne. Very profesional and always trying to make things happens! He always try to make it work. It’s hard to find people that want to help you , he does not make you feel that it is all about the money, he really help you to get the best deal in a friendly and professional way.

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

Dave met with us many times as the market evolved during the pandemic to review comps and to work with us to create a strategy for marketing our property. He listened and responded to our thoughts and concerns and provided effective advice and guidance for managing the preparation of the property for sale as well as managing the sale and closing process. He managed listing and negotiations so that we sold the property well above the asking price.

Amy Murphy was amazing to work with! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She handled all aspects of the sale and the closing in a timely manner and made sure the whole process ran smoothly. Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic. But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Ed payed attention to details that I did not think of and went above and beyond (going out of his way) to help get things done that were needed. Also had a good rolodex of professionals to help us where needed (lawyer, cleaning, yard work).
