Dave helped get the house on the market very quickly & was very helpful in the selling process. We were dealing with very difficult buyers & their agent & without Dave I’m not sure I would have made it through the process. He helped keep us sane and on the right track when we were ready to pull the plug on the deal a couple of times. We highly recommend Dave to anyone out there wanting to sell their home, on either side of the border, and wish them luck.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
