I first met Nick Zolotas through my daughter and her future husband, they were looking for there first home, Nick was excellent, very helpful with them seeing this was new to both of them. Nick found them a beautiful home in Peabody Ma. My husband and I owned a two family that we owned after seeing how Nick helped my daughter we felt confident in having Nick help us sell our two family. We put it on the market for a short time and it sold!! my husband and I were so happy because we had it on the market the previous year with a different agent and it didn't move. He is an expert in the North Shore, Boston and the general greater Boston area; which we really appreciated in our long lasting search to the perfect home that we eventually purchased.

I had a great experience with Peter Lutts, he knows the market has good instincts regarding negotiation and has a good way about him. He showed us multiple houses and ended up finding the perfect house for us to by. I would highly recommend Peter to buyers and seller on the North Shore. He is very honest, when he doesn't know something he finds the answer he is a motivated driven agent, when you work with him that motivation and drive is put on your side. All around I recommend Peter as much as I can.
