My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. Having to deal with not only the death of a loved one but also handle a large and complicated estate was daunting and overwhelming. Annie took us through the process smoothly and honestly. Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic. But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Ed payed attention to details that I did not think of and went above and beyond (going out of his way) to help get things done that were needed. Also had a good rolodex of professionals to help us where needed (lawyer, cleaning, yard work).

With every listing he takes on, he strives to have it sold for at least market value and below average days on market. If he knows he won't be able to accomplish this, he will walk away, won't list it, and won't waste your time. Corey only steps up to the plate to hit line drives and home runs. If you're a buyer, he will make sure you know exactly what the house you're looking at is worth before you pull your checkbook out. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between.
