I have know Debbie for many years as we both raised out kids in Lynnfield. I watched her she grew her real estate business over the years with a focus on always putting her clients first. While I am not one to usually mix business and pleasure, deciding to have Debbie list our family home of 27 years was an easy decision. She made the process stress free. She had the contacts for the title five inspection, the stager and cleaners. I did not have to find anyone on my own. She walked though the house with us several times with us and advised us what we needed to do before we listed it. When it came to pricing she explained why she priced it the way she did. We received offers over asking and we were very happy with the price the house sold for. When it came time for my husband and I to look at properties for our next chapter Debbie was very honest about what she though we should look at and what we should stay away from. We ended up finding a beautiful townhome. She helped my son who was a first time home buyer. She had so much patience as he trying to navigate what he should look at. He ended up purchasing a condo in June and is thrilled to be a home owner. I can't thank her enough for guiding my husband and I though the process as well as my son!

Michelle was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the homes we went to see - pointing out details like the age of the furnace or hot water tank, neighborhood details and even flight plans when we looked at one home close to a small airport. She stuck with us through a very lengthy search and was such a positive influence, keeping us going when we felt frustrated. Michelle was very responsive to our emails and texts, always keeping us up to date. We can’t recommend her enough!

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
