Bernie Aaron was extremely helpful as we navigated the process of buying our first home. Bernie was always responsive and flexible, providing honest and pressure-free advice at every step of the way. When we found the home we loved and wanted to make an offer on we were up against multiple bids. However, he guided and provided valuable tactics, information and support needed for us to successfully have our offer accepted (first offer too)! He also helped us navigate what became a 90 day closing process- he kept us calm and assured us that everyone would work out. Thank you for your help Bernie, we couldn’t have done it without you! We will be recommending you to all our friends and family looking to buy in the Greater Boston area.

Roberta knew what she was doing!

Vicky got me into my first house a few years back. It was a potentially gnarly short sale. But she took the challenge and closed in record time! She’s smart, committed, picks a winning strategy and sticks to it. So when I got a new job last month and had to move out of state fairly quickly, I knew she had to be my agent again. The house sold immediately—for 185% of my purchase price—and she handled it all while I was working the new job.

My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. Having to deal with not only the death of a loved one but also handle a large and complicated estate was daunting and overwhelming. Annie took us through the process smoothly and honestly. I would highly recommend Annie Wachtel to anyone looking to sell their home. The best of the best...hands down.
