As a first time home buyer, we were a little nervous but meeting Felicia and having her walk us through everything so we fully understood the process made us as comfortable as we could be. This was my first experience selling a home, I was walked through each step and everything was explained in easy to understand terms. The Martels were very friendly. Julie was a great agent-- * kept me up to date with a curated list of properties that were coming onto the market that met my criteria, so I didn't waste my time looking at places that I wouldn't want to buy * warned me about issues on properties that I might not have been aware of * crafted several offers for likely houses, and kept a positive outlook when we were outbid * successfully helped me create an offer that was accepted * hung in there during an eventful period before closing *painted a lovely watercolor of my new house!

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
