Rachel was an amazing Realtor to work with. She was with me every step of the way in the home buyer process. As someone who is young and felt like they were starting from scratch she made me feel comfortable and in control of all my options. Don’t hesitate to reach out to her for your home buying needs!

Rachel and Delores went way above and beyond getting my father’s house ready for market and sold quickly. My siblings and I grew up in Newburyport but all live on the West Coast now. When my dad passed away, he left behind a large house filled with 30-years’ worth of stuff and in need of significant work. Rachel and Delores coordinated and oversaw: - Junk removal - Estate sale - Interior and exterior painting - Pool repair and maintenance - Professional cleaning and smoke mitigation - Staging Every person they recommended was top-notch, the house was on the market in 3 months, and no one in my family was in-state for any of it. Beyond their extreme competence and real estate knowledge, Rachel and Delores are great people. I enjoyed all of our interactions and they were a huge comfort during one of the most challenging experiences of my life. I’d recommend Rachel and Delores to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Newburyport area, but particularly to anyone with a house that feels too daunting to get on the market—they can make it happen. We got a good offer on the house within a couple months and the sales process was very smooth. My husband is a realtor in Oregon who did extensive research before interviewing realtors and deciding to work with Rachel and Delores. I’m very glad he did!

Great service as always. Highly recommend Rachel and Dolores!
