Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate - The Masiello Group

Very professional and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the house I wanted at a good price. Had a great knowledge of the area and properties.

Ben and I feel profoundly lucky and grateful that fate somehow matched us with real estate agent Kimberly Matson to help us find our perfect and beautiful Vermont house! This is not our first house and we had competent real estate agents in the past. But Kim is head and shoulders above our past experiences. Kim's expertise in, and passion for, real estate shined though in all her interactions with us - from the first meeting and through the closing - she was patient, attentive listener, pro-active, organized, responsive, and consistent in follow-ups. Professionally, Kim is a star who delivers success, we highly recommend her !!! Ben and Rimma S.

Jen was such a huge help in helping me close on my first home! She was always available to answer any of my questions and help me find the perfect place. She also did her best to make sure I got the best deal and home possible while still staying in my budget. I would definitely do work with Jen again and highly recommend her to anyone :)

I think the way she explained the whole selling process and how would she go about it was really good and got us excited. She stick with her commitment on various dates and got a really good photographer to shoot pictures of our house and kept up with demands of showings from various buyers. In the end she helped us in finding a good motivated buyer who wanted to buy and not just negotiate it for the heck of it and helped us through the whole selling process especially with us being out of country during the whole process. I will recommend Pauline Henson to anyone trying to sell their home.
