Where to even start! Marc is simply awesome, amazing, incredible! We had a very no pressure experience. Everything was 100% positive and we would recommend Marc to all of our friends. As we got started with our search, Marc would thoughtfully check in to see how the houses we looked at stacked up and answer questions about the process. He helped ensure some calm when the first offer didn’t get accepted. Then came the house where I’m writing this from now. Standing on my deck and looking out into the deep greenery; I find my thinking back to a late Friday afternoon in late May. The sellers were waffling after some storytelling it became clear they wanted an exit. We would later all agree that some hefty offer likely came in late. Marc was never late, and so that Friday he arrived outside our old apartment, as he said he would. He was intent on taking our deposit and physically ensuring it’s delivery to the sellers agent in Nashua, NH -during the middle of rush hour traffic. I think about the wild numbers over asking we later saw houses closing at and the horror stories friend have told us. It makes me very grateful to Marc and the way he went above and beyond for us. Brian was phenomenal! He made us feel like we were his top priority and was always available to tour properties and discuss local listings. Brian was very busy over the duration of the time he worked with us but he always made us feel like we were his most important clients. I really appreciate his level of detail and his local knowledge. He was great at getting ahold of of other agents, negotiating offers and educating us about the process along the way.

My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. Having to deal with not only the death of a loved one but also handle a large and complicated estate was daunting and overwhelming. Annie took us through the process smoothly and honestly. Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience. Adam came to the house prepared and I figured I'd give him a shot. He did an open house the first weekend and it was a success. We sold the house very quickly. Adam followed through on everything. I didn't need to call him for any updates as he always called me with any information I needed to know. I am giving Adam a commercial building that I have to sell next month. I asked if he thought he could sell it and he replied that they have a commercial dept. at his office and they will be right there to help us if we need them. I will recommend Adam to anyone I know weather they are buying or selling.

Doug made the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. My and my wife's plan was to try and rent out our current home and buy a new primary residence. Doug laid out multiple options for us to try and accomplish that along with his recommendations. Once we chose a path, he was able to manage any bumps in the road, including a tight timeline after an initial appraisal for our HELOC came in lower than expected and we had to an appeal. Once we found our eventual home, Doug asked all of the questions necessary to get as much information as possible from the seller's agent so we could make an informed decision. After we were in good shape with the home, he promptly moved on to finding tenants to rent out our current place and was able to assess the market and get a lease agreement signed within a week. I would highly recommend Doug.
