The team he has and network of people who understand the industry around him is top notch. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 if I could. Nothing but amazing things to say. From beginning to finish, sorting through good listings from the bad ones, walking through properties and working through the paperwork to close the deal, there is no one better. Taylor was great to work with. His knowledge of homes in the area and construction were above and beyond any other realtor we worked with. With his experience in construction and real estate, Taylor was able to provide helpful insight on cost estimates for renovations throughout our search. As first time home buyers, he helped us with all of our questions throughout the process, many of which were not related to his responsibilities with us. He was responsive, honest, and supportive throughout the entire process.

We were referred to MaryKay when we were thinking of buying in West Medford, we were told she was the best for that area.... well WE switched to wanting to buy in Swampscott and MaryKay was still- THE greatest, she throws herself into knowning all there is to know about the property but also the area's properties and stuff like flood zones and diamond district ect ect... work with her, you'll see.

Lu is a friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable agent. She helped me throughout the entire process and was transparent the entire way. She has been doing this for awhile and has established a strong and steady network to help her clients easily navigate the home buying process in a quick and painless manner. Throughout the process she will voice her opinions but still keep it unbiased and professional for she knows that the decision ultimately lands on the client . Lu was a pleasure to work with and I will continue working with her in the future should I decide to sell or buy additional homes.

We had such an amazing experience working with MaryKay and her team. Everything went well in so many levels and for us to be able to say this in such a bloodbath of a housing market it means a lot! She was referred to us by a colleague who had recently purchased a townhouse and could not be more thankful! Communication: We had established a great way to communicate between phone, text, email (depending on urgency) and we always felt like MaryKay and the people she worked with were there to work with us and help the process move along. Expertise: It's evident that MaryKay has been around for a long time and her knowledge in the home-buying process as well as the areas (we were looking at Cambridge and Somerville) was deep and thorough. Negotiation: She gave us solid advice during the negotiation process and helped us navigate the very competitive sellers market. At the same time she was not pushy and we felt like she was just providing us with a variety of options ultimately allowing us to make the best choice for our needs. Process: Honestly, things could not have gone more smoothly and I'm saying this because we made 3 other offers that were accepted but fell through in various stages. We had a clear understanding of where we were in the process, what came next, and who to ask in case anything was unclear to us. Full service team: Probably one of the most important things was the fact that MaryKay works with a top notch team of professionals which makes coordinating everything that much smoother! Even though buying in a house at a highly competitive is generally a very stressful experience working with MaryKay and co went very smoothly and let us sleep well at night.

We worked with Andrew on purchasing our first home, and we could not have done it without his help! Unlike many real estate agents that we had dealt with in the past, Andrew was the most patient, honest, and sincere. He always returned my emails or phone calls extremely quickly, and he was on top of everything. He was there when we signed the reservation form for our house, and he even came by after we closed to congratulate us. He also has great connections.
