I sold my house in 9 days. I was astounded and wanted to downsizing. I had only 30 days to find my new living space. Meral was the first realtor to respond to my quandary. She guided me and stayed with me until after I moved in to my new condo. She made the closing happen at the same Title company, same day and right after the closing on my house. She was amazing and genuine.
