Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

Julie was a great agent-- * kept me up to date with a curated list of properties that were coming onto the market that met my criteria, so I didn't waste my time looking at places that I wouldn't want to buy * warned me about issues on properties that I might not have been aware of * crafted several offers for likely houses, and kept a positive outlook when we were outbid * successfully helped me create an offer that was accepted * hung in there during an eventful period before closing *painted a lovely watercolor of my new house!

We couldn’t have imagined a better experience than the one we had with Corinne. We met her at an open house where she was representing a seller. Her honesty, knowledge and willingness to understand the exact needs for our family made us realize we needed her on our team while searching for our new home in a crazy market. She spent countless hours educating us on market expectations and negotiation, as well as providing us with neighborhood specs. Brian was phenomenal! He made us feel like we were his top priority and was always available to tour properties and discuss local listings. Brian was very busy over the duration of the time he worked with us but he always made us feel like we were his most important clients. I really appreciate his level of detail and his local knowledge. He was great at getting ahold of of other agents, negotiating offers and educating us about the process along the way.

Amy Murphy was amazing to work with! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She handled all aspects of the sale and the closing in a timely manner and made sure the whole process ran smoothly. I sold my house in 9 days. I was astounded and wanted to downsizing. I had only 30 days to find my new living space. Meral was the first realtor to respond to my quandary. She guided me and stayed with me until after I moved in to my new condo. She made the closing happen at the same Title company, same day and right after the closing on my house. She was amazing and genuine.
