Dave met with us many times as the market evolved during the pandemic to review comps and to work with us to create a strategy for marketing our property. He listened and responded to our thoughts and concerns and provided effective advice and guidance for managing the preparation of the property for sale as well as managing the sale and closing process. He managed listing and negotiations so that we sold the property well above the asking price.

Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic.
