She took the time to make sure that all of the documents were in place from the seller and promptly had corrections completed when the seller's agent put counter-paperwork together incorrectly (this attentiveness saved us greatly in the long run). Even after our closing, Carla has gone above and beyond and has helped us secure contractors/companies that we needed for small projects on the house.
