We never felt rushed to make decisions and we were always presented with every option. With a competitive market, you have to have a great realtor and Carla is the best. She's very knowledgeable and has years of experience to help make suggestions and negotiate. When we were ready to make an offer on a house, Carla was a skillful yet realistic negotiator. She took the time to make sure that all of the documents were in place from the seller and promptly had corrections completed when the seller's agent put counter-paperwork together incorrectly (this attentiveness saved us greatly in the long run). Even after our closing, Carla has gone above and beyond and has helped us secure contractors/companies that we needed for small projects on the house.
