When we purchased our new home, we experienced a very unique issue involving the title of the home not being cleared. Carrie helped us work with the previous title company and our new title company to get the title cleared, ensuring we didn't have to delay settlement. She also ensured we had a very through, detailed inspector to ensure our new home was in great shape before we purchased it. Finally, she was vital to ensuring the sale went through correctly, since the listing agent on the house we purchased was extremely incompetent and didn't know what he was doing. Carrie basically did his job, in addition to hers, throughout the process. We'd highly recommend Carrie to anyone buying or selling a home. She was always extremely responsive and available to us and if she wasn't going to be available for some reason, she'd let us know ahead of time.
