We worked with Carrie to both sell our home and purchase our new home. Carrie was, in a word, amazing. We experienced some semi-major bumps in the road for both the selling and purchasing process. Fortunately, Carrie knew exactly what to do, was able to keep the process moving, and ensured that in the end everything went smoothly. One of the biggest benefits of working with Carrie was her real estate knowledge. Because she teaches and has overseen other realtors, her knowledge about rules and regulations of real estate were very helpful and useful to us in a number of circumstances. Most importantly, Carrie was super dedicated to ensuring we sold our home for a great price (literally tens of thousands more than what other realtors suggested), and that we found a new home that we loved. When we purchased our new home, we experienced a very unique issue involving the title of the home not being cleared. Carrie helped us work with the previous title company and our new title company to get the title cleared, ensuring we didn't have to delay settlement. She also ensured we had a very through, detailed inspector to ensure our new home was in great shape before we purchased it. Finally, she was vital to ensuring the sale went through correctly, since the listing agent on the house we purchased was extremely incompetent and didn't know what he was doing. Carrie basically did his job, in addition to hers, throughout the process. We'd highly recommend Carrie to anyone buying or selling a home. She was always extremely responsive and available to us and if she wasn't going to be available for some reason, she'd let us know ahead of time. She was recommended to us by our friends and former neighbors and we've since recommended her to several of our friends, who have all enjoyed the same amazing experience.
